Horner’s syndrome is characterized by its effect through sympathetic denervation of the nerves of the eye and associated structures.
Age of Onset: 4-13 years of age
Sex Predisposition: Males are more likely to be affected
Clinical Course:

Peripheral vasodilation (face and pinna)

Anisocoria (miosis in the affected pupil)
Enophthalmos
Ptosis
Third eyelid protrusion
